The villa is situated on a quiet road, a leisurely 8 minute walk from all the facilities of Xlendi village. Its position gives commanding views across the bay towards the magnificent Xlendi cliffs. Swimming is possible off the flat rocks, in a secluded bay, infront of the apartments however, the main swimming area is Xlendi bay itself.

Each apartment is spacious and tastefully appointed, consisting of a large living/dining area and a separate balcony, a modern kitchen with gas cooker, fridge/freezer and all the necessary crockery and cutlery. A well appointed tiled bathroom with shower and bidet. The bedrooms have twin single divan beds.

Although each apartment has its own private balcony, they do not all have a seaview. Those apartments without seaview are situated with easy access to the large flat roof area from where there are spectacular views of the bay and the surrounding countryside. The roof area is ideal for private sunbathing and barbecues in the evening.

Although quietly situated, everything you need from day to day is within easy reach - a well stocked supermarket, a bank and several bars and restaurants.

Comprising of two bedrooms. One double bed and two single beds, kitchen, dining, living room and bathroom. Curtains for all doors and windows and furniture of red deal. Balcony over looking the sea view of Xlendi Bay. Nice and very recommended.
