The entrance hall leads to the central courtyard from where the light
is filtered everywhere by the colored-glass panel doors creating a soft
lively atmosphere in the daytime and remodeled at night by rustic up-lights
and lanterns that romantically light up the place.
The rustic stone fully equipped kitchen, in which red pine panel doors
and Gozitan limestone combine a touch of the 19th century charm to today’s
efficiency, was built by the local craftsmen. A breakfast table is situated
at the centre of the kitchen area. A colored-glass panel window framed
in a gorgeous curtain above the sink adds colour to the room.
The living room which stretches across the full width of the ground floor
is a light-drenched beauty. Sun streams through the floor-to-ceiling bay
windows hitting the rustic bare walls creating a feeling of warmth
and coziness.
A huge arc framed with a soft colored pelmet separates the living area
from the dining area. The dining area which seats 8 is easily the most
beautiful spot in the house, where one can sit and dine romantically enjoying
the reflection of the moon on the pool. This corner also affords beautiful
country and sea views. This property is equipped with a beautiful, good
sized swimming pool, 25 feet x 12 feet. The pool deck is of considerable
size. It is well equipped with a barbeque area, garden furniture, 6 deck
chairs and a large umbrella. The pool deck overlooks a lovely garden with
fruit trees and palms. The main bathroom which is found on the ground
floor is fitted with a luxurious corner bath and an antique wooden vanity
unit amongst other accessories.
One can find 5 double bedrooms – all include a wardrobe, dressing

The master bedroom is found on the first floor at the back of the house
overlooking the pool and garden. It is charming with the bed so placed
that the occupants command lovely country and sea views during the day
and the moon and stars at night. A lovely good-sized terrace with fantastic
sea and country views and a shower ensuite comes with
this room.
On the second floor you will find another double bedroom with two single
beds, and large terrace with picturesque landscape and
sea views.
