Welcome to Razzett Maxwell
A very spacious converted villa, very comfortable, well appointed
and full of character. There are fantastic country and sea views
from the upper floor terrace and also from the roof terrace. Maxwell
is very close to Dwejra Bay, the site of the Inland Sea for bathing
and boat trips, the Azure Window and Fungus Rock which are all worth
a visit.
Upper Floor
On the Mezzanine Level there is a twin bedroom with doors to a private
sun terrace. Steps up to Upper Floor to a twin bedroom with en suite
shower room. Huge double bedroom with en suite bathroom with over
bath shower. At this main bedroom there are two large french windowed
doors that opens up to the large terrace which overlooks the pool
area, farmland and to the sea. At the landing there is a door which
opens up to the same terrace. There is an internal stone staircase
that takes you up to the roof for further stunning fantastic sights,
not suitable for unsupervised children.
Lower Floor
Entrance to a huge paved sunbathing area and enormous swimming pool
with pool side dining and built-in barbecue. Well equipped kitchen
with well laid out dining room. Guest Toilet with Shower. Spacious
sitting room with comfy sofa and with French windowed doors that
leads to the arched entrances to shaded outdoor area and to the
pool area.
There's a huge pool with whirlpool spa and surrounding
terrace, just perfect for family holidays.
