US, Malta Sign Income Tax Treaty (Nasdaq)

WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- The U.S. Ambassador to Malta and Malta's finance minister have signed a new income tax treaty between the two countries, the U.S. Treasury Department said Friday.
