Singapore concludes Open Skies Agreement with Malta (Channel NewsAsia)

SINGAPORE: Singapore and the Mediterranean republic of Malta have inked an Open Skies Agreement (OSA). This allows for full flexibility on air services operated by carriers of both countries, and will become fully effective on 1 December 2010.
