This nicely converted 200 year old farmhouse is situated in the very quiet village of Kercem. It is five minutes drive away from Victoria and ten minutes from the nearest beach, Xlendi.

The farmhouse comprises a large arched lounge with open fireplace and TV set, a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and dining room combined, and also a small courtyard on the groundfloor. On the first floor there are two sunny terraces, two bedrooms, one of them ensuite.
