This a a 350 year old converted Millhouse in the small quiet village of Kercem. Because of its unique position on a Cliff edge it enjoys picturesque and breathtaking country views of the green irrigated valley of Lunzjata. This valley is a favourite spot for amateur painters.

It consists of an internal courtyard, a very spacious living room with cable T.V. (formerly Mill Room), dining room, well equipped modern kitchen, a small garden with citrus fruits, a private swimming pool , jacuzzi, pool area equipped with garden furniture, barbeque area and a shower.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded both in pine furniture and with aircondition. These lead to 3 sun terraces enjoying the panoramic views of Lunzjata valley as well as the Citadel of Gozo. There is also another sitting room upstairs with 2 divan beds, a bathroom and a spare shower room downstairs. It sleeps up to 6 persons and is situated in very quiet surroundings and enjoys complete privacy.
